  1. When is my tuition due?
    To see a list of due dates for tuition, click here.
    Any other balances (previous or current semester) are overdue and must be paid now.

  3. How do I drop a class?
    Contact the Registrar's office at (603) 668-6706 ext. 318 or 318.
  4. How will I be refunded if I drop a class?
    You will receive a refund (minus non-refundable fees) in about 3-5 weeks for classes dropped within the drop period. Non-refundable fees include application fee, orientation fee, and tuition deposit. Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the cardd. Payments made by cash, check or FACTS will be mailed to your home address.

  6. I never went to a class I signed up for, why am I being billed?
    If you do not officially drop a class within the specified drop period you will be responsible for all course charges. Failing to show up does not constitute officially withdrawing from the class.
  7. When will my financial aid be applied to my account?
    For the summer semester:
    Financial aid will begin to disburse to student's accounts the first week of July and weekly thereafter.
    For the fall semester:
    Financial aid will begin to disburse to student's account two weeks after the semester begins. See the paperwork from your lender for specific information.
  8. Can I view my account online?
    Yes, you may view account information, balance due, & financial aid award information online via the Student Information System (SIS).
  9. When will I receive my financial aid refund?
    Financial aid refund checks are funds leftover after all tuition & fees have been paid. Checks are mailed to your home address two weeks after the funds are received by the college. Monitor your disbursements online via the Student Information System (SIS).
  10. Are there scholarships & grants available to help me pay my tuition?
    Yes, there is aid available for eligible students. Contact the Financial Aid office at (603) 668-6706 ext. 352.
  11. What happens if I do not pay my tuition by the deadline?
    You will be withdrawn from the classes.
